Apprenticeship is traditional for Sattler. We rely in our training concept on “discovering learning” and focus on an integral support to our apprentices. Besides the purely technical qualification, we support intensively the development of personal and social skills.
In the Sattler group we train around 30 apprentices from 9 qualified jobs.
